As of June 15, 2018 BibleWorks ceased operation as a provider of Bible software tools. The old BibleWorks web site, activation server and forum are gone. This new forum is intended to provide a way for the thousands of people still using BibleWorks to communicate with one another. I have had at least 100 such requests. I am sorry but what you want is not possible, for a long list of reasons which I cannot go into here.

A big one being licensing and the legal complications thereof.

If you're already in computer science, I would suggest building a "BibleWorks-like" web app or something. There's a lot of manuscripts in the public domain to use as a starting point.
